Shared Responsibilities. The Assembly or its designee, and the Board will collaborate and coordinate as needed to ensure successful implementation of the Clinic. The Assembly and the Board shall coordinate efforts to meet their respective obligations under this agreement and shall cooperate to communicate and resolve any issues between the Assembly and the Board.
