Common use of Shared Physical Custody Clause in Contracts

Shared Physical Custody. We have the ability to communicate and coordinate with each other to provide for our child(▇▇▇)'s physical care on a day-to-day basis. The schedule set forth below (in Sec. 5 and/or 8) shall be the shared physical custody schedule for our child(ren).
