Shared Personal. Data is the Personal Data to be shared between the parties as set out in Annex 5 (Data Processing Information), the Data Discloser is the party that discloses Shared Personal Data to the other party and the Permitted Recipients are the parties to this Agreement, the employees of each party and any third parties engaged to perform obligations (and approved by CITB in writing) in connection with this Agreement.
Shared Personal. Data may not be used by the Party receiving it except for the Stated Purpose. If any of the Parties wishes to use Shared Personal Data for another purpose, it may be necessary for the Parties to vary this Schedule.

Shared Personal. Data shall be Limited to the Personal Data described in clause 24.1 28 DATA SUBJECTS' RIGHTS 28.1 Data Subjects have the right to obtain certain information about the processing of their Personal Data through a Subject Access Request. Data Subjects may also request rectification, erasure or blocking of their Personal Data. 28.2 The Parties shall maintain a record of Subject Access Requests, the decisions made and any information that was exchanged. Records must include copies of the request for information, details of the data accessed and shared and where relevant, notes of any meeting, correspondence or phone calls relating to the request. 28.3 The Parties agree that the responsibility for complying with a Subject Access Request falls to the Party receiving the Subject Access Request in respect of the Personal Data held by that Party.
