Shared infrastructure. Funding is provided for Eligible Activities involving expenditure to establish shared infrastructure (such as plant, facilities or equipment) with a specific focus on supporting the New Zealand innovation ecosystem, and, in our reasonable view, your Eligible Activities have not generated the stated benefits to the rest of the New Zealand innovation ecosystem.
