Shared Hosting. The Supplier provides the Company a web hosting environment for the operation of the Company’s ap- plications. For this purpose, the Supplier performs maintenance and service works on the environment’s IT systems, as necessary. The possibility cannot be ruled out, that the Supplier may have access to personal data hosted on the systems.
Shared Hosting. 247HIGHWAY ’s shared hosting platform is intended for hosting a website with relevant content and function for a personal or small to medium size business without the concern of traffic overages. The use of the service should not be indicative for large scale enterprises or applications where a Dedicated Server would be more suited. To ensure the integrity of the network and to offer Customers fair and equal usage across the board, 247HIGHWAY reserves the right to:- • suspend or deactivate a service, or; • upgrade a Customer’s shared hosting package on the Customer’s behalf should the Customer’s package be causing degradation of a shared hosting environment which adversely affects other Customers. Reasonable notice will be given to the Customer in the form of electronic mail or by way of other communication methods before any upgrade is actioned. 247HIGHWAY may, at times with reasonable notice to Customers, revise or amend its current Shared and Dedicated Hosting offerings relating to price, features, traffic allocations and disk sizes. The Customer is responsible to advise 247HIGHWAY in writing of its representatives who are entitled to access the server, used for the Hosting Services. 247HIGHWAY shall use all reasonable steps to verify the identity of the representative that wishes to access the server, but will not be liable for any loss or damage that you may suffer due to a non-authorised person gaining access to the server. 247HIGHWAY shall not be liable or responsible for the backing up, restoration or loss of Data under any circumstances. Customers are solely responsible for ensuring their Data is regularly backed up and for restoring such backups in the event of data loss or corruption. Disk space on shared hosting may only be used for Website Content, emails and related system fles. General data storage, archiving or fle sharing of documents, fles or media not directly related to the website content is strictly prohibited. Unauthorised storage or distribution of copyrighted materials is prohibited, via FTP hosts or any other means. For shared hosting, 247HIGHWAY will implement security updates, software patches and other updates or upgrades from time to time, to maintain the best performance, at 247Highway’s sole discretion. 247HIGHWAY is under no obligation to effect such upgrades, or to rectify any impact such changes could potentially have to shared hosting customers.
Shared Hosting. Your account may be hosted on a server shared with other customers, though each customer will have a separate database, storage space, and authentication files. Such servers may be hosted by Frappe or by a third party, as provided further in more detail in the Privacy Policy and our List of Subprocessors, each as updated from time to time.

Shared Hosting. 3.1 This Paragraph 3 will apply if and only if shared hosting is specified in a Statement of Work.
Shared Hosting. The CUSTOMER must upload the contents of the Web site in conditions that are appropriate to enable the Service without affecting other users. If the information that the Client uploads does not meet technical standards, generating instability or violating the security of other users; HOSTING RED SERVERS AND SERVICES may reject it until the CUSTOMER makes the corrections. In case the client ignores the recommendations HOSTING RED SERVERS AND SERVICES may suspend the service to the CLIENT without further notice.
Shared Hosting. Clients must be aware that due to the nature of shared hosting environments (shared servers and VPS hardware nodes), a dedicated server is required if clients wish to achieve greater isolation and flexibility of their hosting environment.
Shared Hosting. The Customer agrees to use bandwidth as described in the Acceptable Usage Policy.
Shared Hosting. Eggrock will provide and maintain the shared Server environment for Client's use during the Term on a 7x24 basis. Shared hosting includes Internet connectivity from Eggrock's network hubs and points of presence ("Network").
