Shared Global Development Activities. The Parties will conduct regulatory activities with respect to the Licensed Products in accordance with the regulatory strategy set forth in the Global Development Plan and the terms of this Article 4 (Regulatory Matters) related to the Shared Global Development Activities. The JDC will oversee the implementation of, and discuss progress regarding, such regulatory strategy.
Shared Global Development Activities. Notwithstanding Section 6.1 (General), If GSK exercises the Option pursuant to Section 3.8 (Exercise of Option and License Effective Date), then, during the Collaboration Term, the Parties will conduct any regulatory activities with respect to any Shared Global Development Activities in accordance with the regulatory strategy set forth in the Joint Development Plan and the terms of this Article 6 (Regulatory Matters). The JDC will oversee the implementation of, and discuss progress regarding, such regulatory strategy.
