Shared Excess Finance Charge Collections. (a) The balance of any Available Funds on deposit in the Collection Account after giving effect to subsections 4.11(a) through (t) will constitute a portion of Shared Excess Finance Charge Collections and will be available for allocation to other Series in Group One or to the Holder of the Exchangeable Seller Certificate as described in Section 4.3(g).
