Shared Costs. Ongoing-shared costs may include any, all, or none of the following items. This is not intended to be an exhaustive or complete list: • Additional application modules from the Vendor; • Additional software; • Authority control, bibliographic record maintenance • Content and discovery tools, mobile applications, or other third-party licensed items; • Continuing education or training; • Contracted services; • Maintenance agreement with Vendor; • Server related costs; • MSC staff costs; • Other additional items.
