The Shared Communications clause governs how information and correspondence between the parties will be managed and distributed. Shared Communications. MGMA and Partner Affiliate will each provide the other contemporaneously with distribution to the List Exchange (or any select group within the List Exchange) all communications sent to the List Exchange, or any select group within the List Exchange.
