Common use of Share Clause in Contracts

Share. Shares issued in settlement of Units shall not be subject to any restriction on transfer other than any such restriction as may be required pursuant to Section 7(c) of this Agreement, Section 10 of this Agreement, other applicable laws, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ policies or any agreement between the Awardee and the Company applicable to the Shares (collectively, “Share Sale Restrictions”).

Share. Shares issued in settlement of Units shall not be subject to any restriction on transfer other than any such restriction as may be required pursuant to Section 7(c) of this Agreement, Section 10 of this Agreement, other applicable laws, ▇i▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ policies or any agreement between the Awardee and the Company applicable to the Shares (collectively, “Share Sale Restrictions”).

Share. Shares issued in settlement of Units shall not be subject to any restriction on transfer other than any such restriction as may be required pursuant to Section 7(c) of this Agreement6.4, Section 10 7 or the Company’s written policy pertaining to transactions in the Company’s equity securities by Employees, directors and consultants of this Agreement, other applicable laws, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ policies or any agreement between the Awardee and the Company applicable to or an Affiliate who may possess material, nonpublic information regarding the Shares Company or its securities (collectively, “Share Sale RestrictionsTrading Compliance Policy”).
