Common use of Share Clause in Contracts

Share. Each Member may harvest or transfer its Harvest Share only under the terms and conditions of 30 this Agreement and in compliance with the restrictions imposed by the Manager (as defined below), the 1 Enforcement Committee (as defined below) and the Board in accordance with this Agreement. Any 2 other attempted harvest or transfer of a Member’s Harvest Share shall be a breach of this Agreement.

Share.
