Common use of Share Clause in Contracts

Share. Shares issued in settlement of Units shall not be subject to any restriction on transfer other than any such restriction as may be required pursuant to Section 7(c) of this Agreement, Section 10 of this Agreement, other applicable laws, xxxxxxx xxxxxxx policies or any agreement between the Awardee and the Company applicable to the Shares (collectively, #Share Sale Restrictions#).
