Common use of Share Value Clause in Contracts

Share Value. The number of shares of IHS Stock issuable upon execution of this Agreement (the "EXECUTION DATE SHARE COUNT") shall be calculated based upon a price per share of such stock equal to the average closing New York Stock Exchange ("NYSE") price of such stock for the thirty (30) trading day period immediately preceding the date which is two (2) trading days before the date hereof (the "TRADE PRICE").

Share Value. The number of shares of IHS Stock issuable upon execution of this Agreement (the "EXECUTION DATE SHARE COUNT") pursuant to Sections 2.1, 10.9 and 10.10 shall be calculated based upon a price per share of such stock equal to the average closing New York Stock Exchange ("NYSE") price of such stock for on the thirty (30) trading day period immediately preceding the date which is two (2) trading days before the date hereof (the "TRADE PRICE")Closing Date.

Share Value. The number of shares of IHS Stock issuable upon execution of this Agreement (the "EXECUTION DATE SHARE COUNT") shall be calculated based upon a price per share of such stock equal to the average closing New York Stock Exchange ("NYSE") price of such stock for the thirty five (305) trading day period immediately preceding the date which is two (2) trading days before the date hereof (the "TRADE PRICE").

Share Value. The Whenever shares of IHS Stock are to be delivered pursuant to this Agreement, the number of shares of IHS Stock issuable upon execution of this Agreement (the "EXECUTION DATE SHARE COUNT") shall be calculated based upon a price per share valued as of such stock equal to the applicable date of determination by using the average closing New York Stock Exchange ("NYSE") price of such stock IHS Stock for the thirty twenty (3020) trading day period immediately preceding ending on the date which is two (2) trading days before prior to the applicable date hereof (the "TRADE PRICE")of determination.
