Share Services. DTAC shall perform the Services set forth in the Transfer Agency Services (“Services Exhibit”) attached hereto as Exhibit B and incorporated herein. Further, DTAC shall issue and record Shares as authorized, hold Shares in the appropriate Account, and effect transfers of Shares upon receipt of appropriate documentation.
