SHARE LEDGER. A record shall be kept by the Secretary, transfer agent or by any other officer, employee or agent designated by the Board of Directors of the name of the person, firm or corporation holding the shares represented by such certificate, the number of shares represented by such certificate, and the date of issuance thereof, and in case of cancellation, the date of cancellation.
