Common use of Sexting Clause in Contracts

Sexting. is the use of a cell phone or other electronic device to distribute sexual or nude pictures, video of sexually explicit images or sexual messages. It also includes, without limitation, possessing, sending, or distributing nude, sexually explicit, or sexually suggestive language, photographs, videos, or other visual depictions/images of the Student User, another person or image, over the District's Technology Resources or personally owned devices, to another.
