Sewer cleaning Clause Samples

The 'Sewer cleaning' clause outlines the responsibilities and procedures for maintaining and cleaning sewer lines within a property or project. It typically specifies who is responsible for performing the cleaning, the frequency or conditions under which cleaning must occur, and any standards or methods to be followed. For example, it may require the contractor to clear blockages or remove debris at regular intervals or upon request. This clause ensures that sewer systems remain functional and sanitary, preventing blockages, backups, and potential health hazards.
