Severity 1 Error Sample Clauses
Severity 1 Error. Professional shall (i) commence Error Correction promptly; (ii) provide an Initial Response within four hours; (iii) initiate Management Escalation promptly; and (iv) provide County with a Status Update within four hours if Professional cannot resolve the Error within four hours.
Severity 1 Error. PGIC will respond to a reported Severity 1 Error within one (1) hour of receiving a report of the Error along with all available Information that IGT can initially provide. PGIC will provide IGT with status updates hourly until the Error is resolved.
