Severance Upon Involuntary Termination Apart from a Change in Control. Subject to Sections 4(e) and 10(o) below and Executive’s continued compliance with Section 5, if Executive’s employment is Involuntarily Terminated prior to a Change in Control or more than twelve (12) months following a Change in Control, Executive shall be entitled to receive, in addition to those payments and benefits set forth in Section 4(b) above, but in lieu of any other severance benefits to which Executive may otherwise be entitled under any severance plan or program of the Company, the benefits provided below:
