Severance Term Clause Samples

Severance Term. For purposes of this Agreement, “Severance Term” shall mean the period set forth as such on Exhibit A.

Severance Term. The term "Severance Term" means the remaining period of the Employment Term as of a Termination Date or two full years, whichever is longer.

Severance Term. The term of the severance shall be for a period of eight (8) months commencing March 16, 2005 and ending November 16, 20s05.

Severance Term. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be illegal or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be deemed to be severed and deleted; and neither such provision, nor its severance and deletion, shall affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The term of this Agreement shall be for a period of one (1) year but the obligations of the Company under Sections 4.1, 5.1 and 6.1 of this Agreement shall survive the execution and delivery of this Agreement and continue thereafter until August 1, 2011.
