Severance/Subdivision. No part of the Property shall be sold, conveyed, mortgaged, charged, leased or otherwise disposed of separately from the remainder of the Property, and no plan of subdivision shall be registered against title to the Property, save and except for conservation purposes and without the prior written consent of the Trust.
