Common use of Severance Packages Clause in Contracts

Severance Packages. Within a reasonable time after the Effective Time, SPSS shall provide reasonable severance packages to certain ShowCase employees, other than ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ and ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, who are not retained for employment by SPSS. Such packages will contain among other provisions, compensation at such employee's then base compensation level for one week of employment for every one year of service of such employee as a ShowCase employee, with a one-month minimum.
