Common use of Severance Benefits or Enhanced Severance Benefits Clause in Contracts

Severance Benefits or Enhanced Severance Benefits. In return for Executive’s promises in this Agreement, the Company will provide Executive with the Severance Benefits or Enhanced Severance Benefits as defined in Sections 5(a) and 5(e) of the Employment Agreement and as applicable based on the nature of the termination, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Employment Agreement, including, but not limited to, Section 16 thereof.
