Notwithstanding the foregoing, any Base Severance Payments that are otherwise payable before the Execution Deadline will be withheld pending Executive’s execution and delivery of the Release and will be paid on the payroll date immediately following the Execution Deadline. For the avoidance of doubt, Executive will forfeit the right to receive any Base Severance Payments or COBRA Benefits if Executive fails to deliver the Release by the Execution Deadline.
