Several Provisions. The provisions of this Agreement are severable, and if any one or more provisions may be determined to be illegal or otherwise unenforceable, in whole or in part, the remaining provisions and any partially unenforceable provision to the extent enforceable in any jurisdiction shall nevertheless be binding and enforceable.
Several Provisions. If and in the event any portion of this Agreement is void or voidable, such provision shall not affect the balance of this Agreement which shall remain fully enforceable as if said void or voidable provision had been deleted by mutual consent of the parties.
Several Provisions. If any term or provision in this instrument is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction to be void, voidable or unenforceable, the same shall be reformed or, if necessary, stricken and such voidability or unenforceability shall not impair the remaining terms of this instrument, which shall continue in full force and effect.
Several Provisions. Each of the provisions of this Clause 6 shall:
(a) be construed as a separate and severable contract term, and if one or more of such provisions is held to be invalid, unlawful or otherwise unenforceable the other or others of such provisions shall remain in full force and effect and shall continue to bind the Parties; and
(b) survive termination of this Agreement.
