Common use of Severability; Waivers Clause in Contracts

Severability; Waivers. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of the Service Agreement shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision of the Service Agreement. No waiver of any of the provisions of the Service Agreement shall constitute a waiver of any other provision, nor shall any waiver as to one event constitute a waiver as to any other event.
