SEVERABILITY/SURVIVABILITY. If any provision of this Contract Agreement shall be deemed unenforceable or invalid, such provision shall not affect, impair or invalidate any other provision of this Contract Agreement. Any provision of this Contract Agreement held invalid or unenforceable only in part or degree will remain in full force and effect to the extent not held invalid or unenforceable. The terms of this Contract Agreement shall survive the closing of any loan or grant contemplated by this Contract Agreement.
