Severability, Subdivision Control. Should any article or section or part or parts of an article or section in this Lease be illegal or unenforceable, it or they shall be considered separate and severable from the remaining provisions of this Lease, and such remaining provisions of this Lease shall remain in full force and effect and shall be binding upon the Lessor and the Lessee as though such article or section or part or parts thereof had never been included in this Lease.
