Severability; Savings Clause. 1. If, during the life of this Agreement, any law or any order issued by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction shall render invalid or restrain compliance with or enforcement of any provision of this Document, such provision shall be inoperative so long as such law or order shall remain in effect, but all other provisions of this Document shall not be affected thereby and shall continue in full force and effect. 2. In the event of suspension or invalidation of any article or section of this Agreement, the parties mutually agree to meet and negotiate within ninety (90) days after such determination for the purpose of arriving at a mutually satisfactory replacement for such article or section.
