Common use of SEVERABILITY OF CERTAIN PROVISIONS Clause in Contracts

SEVERABILITY OF CERTAIN PROVISIONS. If any provision in this Agreement is determined to be illegal or unenforceable, then such provision will be deemed amended so as to render it legal and enforceable and to give effect to the intent of the provision; however, if any provision cannot be so amended, it shall be deemed deleted from this Agreement without affecting or impairing any other part of this Agreement.
