SEVERABILITY, LAPSE. If any provision of this Agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, such determination shall not affect or impair the validity or the enforceability of the remaining provisions of the Agreement. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be construed by the Parties hereto in such manner that the economic aim originally pursued with this provision without being invalid or unenforceable can be reached as far as it is possible. This Article 25 shall survive termination of this Agreement.
