Severability; Conflicts. If any provision or portion of this Agreement other than a provision or portion of Articles 1-3 is determined to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions and portions of this Agreement will be unaffected thereby and will remain in full force and effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
