Common use of Severability; Conflict Clause in Contracts

Severability; Conflict. In the event any provision of this Agreement or in the Notes shall be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, then (to the extent permitted by law) the validity, legality or enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not in any way be affected or impaired. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in any Agreement Document, in the event of any conflict between any provision set forth in any Agreement Document, on one hand, and this Agreement, on the other hand, that may affect any rights, privileges, protections and indemnities in favor of any Holder, such provision set forth in this Agreement shall prevail.
