Common use of SEVERABILITY AND VALIDITY Clause in Contracts

SEVERABILITY AND VALIDITY. In the event that any court of competent jurisdiction declares invalid any term or provision of this Agreement, such invalidity shall have no effect on the other terms or provisions hereof, which shall remain valid and binding and in full force and effect, and to that end the terms and provisions of this Agreement shall be considered severable.
