Common use of Severability and Renegotiation Clause in Contracts

Severability and Renegotiation. The unlawfulness or invalidity or unenforceability of any provision in this Agreement or of any covenant herein contained on the part of any party shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision or covenant hereof or herein contained and the parties hereby undertake to renegotiate in good faith, with a view to concluding arrangements as nearly as possible the same as those herein contained.
