Common use of Severabilitv Clause in Contracts

Severabilitv. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of this Agreement shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision of this Agreement, and each other provision of this Agreement shall be severable and enforceable to the full extent permitted by law. Any court determining the unenforceability of any provision shall have the power to reduce the scope or duration of such provision to render such provision enforceable.

Severabilitv. The invalidity or unenforceability provisions of this Agreement are intended to be severable. If for any reason any provision of this Agreement shall not affect be held invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part in any jurisdiction, such provision shall, as to such jurisdiction, be ineffective to the extent of such invalidity or unenforceability without in any manner affecting the validity or enforceability of thereof in any other provision of this Agreement, and each other provision of this Agreement shall be severable and enforceable to jurisdiction or the full extent permitted by law. Any court determining the unenforceability of remaining provisions hereof in any provision shall have the power to reduce the scope or duration of such provision to render such provision enforceablejurisdiction.
