Should the Retail Price Index figure no longer be available the Retail Price Index figure shall be replaced by an equivalent. if the reference base used to compile the Index changes between the month falling three months before the month of the commencement date of the Term and the month falling three months before the month of the relevant Review Date then the Latest Index Figure in the formula shall be adjusted to the figure which would have applied if the reference base current at the month falling three months before the month of the commencement date of the Term had been retained and not changed.
