Settlement Point. The Premiated Generator shall submit the settlement point identifier and formula to the Recipient electronically until the deadline set out in Section IV./▇.▇.▇. (e) of the Hungarian Commercial Code and based on them the Recipient shall create the name of the settlement point. The name and identifier of the settlement point are included in Article 5 of the Selection Sheet.
