Settlement Place Sample Clauses

Settlement Place. Settlement must be at the place in Brisbane notified by the Seller to the Buyer. Failing notification then: (a) if there is a mortgage on the Lot, at the Brisbane office of the first mortgagee; or (b) if there is not a mortgage on the Lot, at the Brisbane office of the Seller’s solicitors.
