Settlement Period. (i) The average ordinary hours of duty shall cover a rolling settlement period of four weeks. (ii) The settlement period shall commence at the beginning of a pay period. (iii) Subject to the following, a minimum of 144 hours, less rostered and or flexi-time off, and a maximum of 168 ordinary hours may be worked in any flexi period.
