Settlement Offers. ▇▇▇▇▇, acting on behalf of the Trust, shall communicate completion of review of a Claim and any settlement offer to the Law Firm. Upon electronic communication of any settlement offer by Verus, the Law Firm will be able to electronically view and print, in a portable document file (.pdf) format, a customized release for use in documenting acceptance of the settlement offer (the “Release”). The Release shall not be modified in any manner from the customized format provided. Upon the Law Firm’s request, Verus will mail a hard copy of the Release to the Law Firm.
