Common use of Settlement of Performance RSUs Clause in Contracts

Settlement of Performance RSUs. (a) Subject to Sections 3, 4, 7 and 8 of this Agreement, the Company shall deliver to the Participant (or to a Company-designated brokerage firm or plan administrator) as soon as administratively practicable following the Vesting Date (but in no event later than 2 ½ months after the Vesting Date), in complete settlement of all Transferable RSUs vesting on the Vesting Date, a number of Common Shares equal to the number of all Transferable RSUs that are vested Performance RSUs determined in accordance with this Agreement.

Settlement of Performance RSUs. (a) Subject to Sections 3, 4, 7 Section 3 and 8 Section 6 of this Agreement, the Company shall deliver to the Participant (or to a Company-designated brokerage firm or plan administratorbrokerage) as soon as administratively practicable following the Vesting Date (but in no event later than 2 ½ 1/2 months after the applicable Vesting Date), in complete settlement of all Transferable RSUs vesting on the Vesting Datevested Performance RSUs, a number of Common Shares equal to the number of all Transferable RSUs that are vested Performance RSUs determined in accordance with this Agreement.

Settlement of Performance RSUs. (a) Subject to Sections 3, 4, 7 and 8 the provisions of this Agreement, on each Vesting Date (as defined below) or as soon as practicable, but no later than thirty (30) days, thereafter, the Company shall deliver to the Participant (one or to a Company-designated brokerage firm or plan administrator) as soon as administratively practicable following the Vesting Date (but in no event later than 2 ½ months after the Vesting Date), in complete settlement of all Transferable RSUs vesting on the Vesting Date, a number of Common more Shares equal to the number of all Transferable Performance RSUs that are vested Performance RSUs determined on such Vesting Date. Prior to settlement, the Participant shall make arrangements with the Company for the satisfaction of any federal, state, local or foreign withholding obligations that may arise in connection with such settlement in accordance with this Agreementthe terms of the Plan.
