SETTLEMENT INFORMATION. (a) Within 10 business days after the end of each quarter, EquiTrust Life shall report to COUNTRY the net due to or from CILAC; and the prior month's activity shall be reconciled by EquiTrust Life. (b) EquiTrust Life shall, upon request, provide service reports to COUNTRY, including but not limited to the following reports: 1. Check Register.
