Settlement Deed Sample Clauses

Settlement Deed. If the Trustee shall cease to be a trustee of the Trust by whatever means then it shall procure that any successor trustee (a “New Trustee”) shall prior to its appointment have delivered to the Purchaser a deed of adherence duly executed by the New Trustee containing a direct covenant and undertaking in favor of the Purchaser (on terms approved by the Purchaser such approval not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed) to observe and be bound by the provisions of this Agreement (including this section regarding the appointment of New Trustees).
