Settlement Deadline. Lifeway shall remit, or shall cause to be remitted, the sum of $400,000 to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ (the "Settlement Payment") in the manner directed in writing by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and/or her counsel no later than ten (10) business days following full execution of this Agreement (the "Settlement Deadline").
