Common use of Settlement Class Member Clause in Contracts

Settlement Class Member. A Class Member who is not properly excluded under the terms of the Settlement, as approved by the Court.

Settlement Class Member. A Any individual who is a member of the Settlement Class Member who is not properly validly excluded under from the Settlement Class and who timely submits a proper Claim Form in compliance with all terms and conditions of the Settlement, as approved by the Courtthis Agreement.
