Common use of Settlement Class Certification Clause in Contracts

Settlement Class Certification. (A) For the purposes of the Settlement only, the Parties stipulate and agree that: (1) the Class shall be certified in accordance with the definition contained in Paragraph 2.6(C), below; (2) Plaintiff shall represent the Class for settlement purposes and shall be the Class representative; and (3) Plaintiff's Counsel shall be appointed as Class Counsel.

Settlement Class Certification. (A) 35. For the purposes of the Settlement only, the Parties stipulate and agree that: (1) the Class shall be certified in accordance with the definition contained in Paragraph 2.6(C), belowherein; (2) Plaintiff shall represent the Class for settlement purposes and shall be the Class representative; and (3) Plaintiff's ’s Counsel shall be appointed as Class Counsel.

Settlement Class Certification. (A) 48. For the purposes of the Settlement only, the Parties stipulate and agree that: (1) the Class shall be certified in accordance with the definition contained in Paragraph 2.6(C)50, below; (2) Plaintiff shall represent the Class for settlement purposes and shall be the Class representativeRepresentative; and (3) Plaintiff's ’s Counsel shall be appointed as Class Counsel.

For the purposes of the Settlement only, the Parties stipulate and agree that: (1) the Class shall be certified in accordance with the definition contained in Paragraph 2.6(C)43, below; (2) Plaintiff shall represent the Class for settlement purposes and shall be the Class representativeRepresentative; and (3) Plaintiff's ’s Counsel shall be appointed as Class Counsel.

For the purposes of the Settlement only, the Parties stipulate and agree that: (1) the Class shall be certified in accordance with the definition contained in Paragraph 2.6(C), 61 below; (2) Plaintiff shall represent the Class for settlement purposes and shall be FILED DATE: 4/29/2021 8:36 PM 2019CH00205 the Class representativeRepresentative; and (3) Plaintiff's ’s Counsel shall be appointed as Class Counsel.

For the purposes of the Settlement settlement only, the Parties stipulate and agree that: (1a) the Settlement Class shall be certified in accordance with the definition contained in Paragraph 2.6(C)43, below; (2b) Plaintiff the Class Representatives shall represent the Settlement Class for settlement purposes and shall be the Settlement Class representativerepresentatives; and (3) Plaintiff's Counsel shall be appointed as Class Counsel.and

For the purposes of the Settlement only, the Parties stipulate and agree that: (1) the Class to be certified for this settlement and for settlement purposes only shall be certified in accordance with the definition contained in Paragraph 2.6(C)49, below; (2) Plaintiff Plaintiffs shall represent the Class for settlement purposes and shall be the Class representativeRepresentatives; and (3) Plaintiff's Plaintiffs’ Counsel shall be appointed as Class Counsel.

For the purposes of the Settlement only, the Parties stipulate and agree that: that (1a) the Class shall be certified in accordance with the definition contained in Paragraph 2.6(C)38, below; (2b) Plaintiff Plaintiffs shall represent the Class for settlement purposes and shall be the Class representativeRepresentatives; and (3c) Plaintiff's Plaintiffs’ Counsel shall be appointed as Class Counsel.

For the purposes of the Settlement only, the Parties stipulate and agree that: (1) the Class shall be certified in accordance with the definition contained in Paragraph 2.6(C)- 45, below; (2) Plaintiff shall represent the Class for settlement purposes and shall be the Class representativeRepresentative; and (3) Plaintiff's ’s Counsel shall be appointed as Class Counsel.

For the purposes of the Settlement only, the Parties stipulate and agree that: (1) the Class shall be certified in accordance with the definition contained in Paragraph 2.6(C), 57 below; (2) Plaintiff shall represent the Class for settlement purposes and shall be the Class representativeRepresentative; and (3) Plaintiff's ’s Counsel shall be appointed as Class Counsel.

Settlement Class Certification. (A) 49. For the purposes of the Settlement only, the Parties stipulate and agree that: (1) the Settlement Class and Subclasses shall be certified in accordance with the definition contained in Paragraph 2.6(C)51, below; (2) Plaintiff Plaintiffs shall represent the Settlement Class for settlement purposes and shall be as the Class representativeRepresentatives; and (3) Plaintiff's Plaintiffs’ Counsel shall be appointed as Class Counsel.

Settlement Class Certification. (A) 4.1. For the purposes of the Settlement only, the Parties stipulate and agree that: (1) the Class shall be certified in accordance with the class definition contained in Paragraph 2.6(C), 4.2. below; (2) Plaintiff shall represent the Class for settlement purposes and shall be as the Class representativeRepresentative; and (3) Plaintiff's Counsel XxXxxxx Law, P.C. shall be appointed as Class Counsel.

For the purposes of the Settlement only, the Parties stipulate and agree that: (1) the Class shall be certified in accordance with the definition contained in Paragraph 2.6(C)52, below; (2) Plaintiff Plaintiffs shall represent the Class for settlement purposes and shall be the Class representativeRepresentatives; and (3) Plaintiff's Plaintiffs’ Counsel shall be appointed as Class Counsel.

For the purposes of the Settlement only, the Parties stipulate and agree that: (1) the Class shall be certified in accordance with the definition contained in Paragraph 2.6(C), 44 below; (2) Plaintiff Plaintiffs shall represent the Class for settlement purposes and shall be the Class representativeRepresentatives; and (3) Plaintiff's Plaintiffs’ Counsel shall be appointed as Class Counsel.

For the purposes of the Settlement only, the Parties stipulate and agree that: that (1a) the Class shall be certified in accordance with the definition contained in Paragraph 2.6(C)37, below; (2b) Plaintiff shall represent the Class for settlement purposes and shall be the Class representativeRepresentative; and (3c) Plaintiff's ’s Counsel shall be appointed as Class Counsel.

Settlement Class Certification. (A) 44. For the purposes of the Settlement settlement only, the Parties stipulate and agree that: (1a) the Settlement Class shall be certified in accordance with the definition contained in Paragraph 2.6(C)46, below; (2b) Plaintiff Plaintiffs (except Xxxxxxx Xxxx and Velvet Nailer) shall represent the Settlement Class for settlement purposes and shall be the Settlement Class representativerepresentatives (the “Class Representatives”); and (3c) Plaintiff's Plaintiffs’ Counsel shall be appointed as Class Counsel.

For the purposes of the Settlement only, the Parties stipulate and agree that: that (1a) the Class shall be certified in accordance with the definition contained in Paragraph 2.6(C)Paragraphs 44 and 45, below; (2b) Plaintiff Counter-Plaintiffs shall represent the Class for settlement purposes and shall be the Class representativeRepresentatives; and (3c) Plaintiff's Counter-Plaintiffs’ Counsel shall be appointed as Class Counsel.
