Common use of Settlement Administrator’s Acceptance of Duties and Compensation Clause in Contracts

Settlement Administrator’s Acceptance of Duties and Compensation. The Settlement Administrator will sign a written acknowledgment and acceptance of its duties in the form of Exhibit I hereto. The Settlement Administrator with receive reasonable compensation and costs in accordance with the terms of Exhibit H hereto. If FXG reasonably believes that the Settlement Administrator is failing to perform its duties, FXG shall have the right to petition the Court for a remedy.
