Common use of Settlement Administrator Clause in Contracts

Settlement Administrator. The Settlement Administrator shall administer various aspects of the Settlement as described in the next paragraph hereafter and perform such other functions as are specified for the Settlement Administrator elsewhere in this Agreement, including, but not limited to, effectuating the Notice Program and distributing the Settlement Fund as provided herein.

Providing notice required by the Class Action Fairness Act (“CAFA”); b. Implementing the Notice Program and distributing the Settlement Fund as provided herein.required by this Agreement;

The Settlement Administrator will also oversee the activities of the Escrow Agent as described in the next paragraph hereafter and perform such other functions as are specified for this Agreement. 47.
