Common use of Settlement Administrator Clause in Contracts

Settlement Administrator. Defendant will not object the appointment of Phoenix Settlement Administrators as Settlement Administrator. Defendant will not object to Plaintiff’s seeking permission to pay up to Ten Thousand Dollars and Zero Cents ($10,000.00) for its services from the Gross Settlement Amount. The Settlement Administrator shall be responsible for sending notices and for calculating Settlement Awards and preparing all checks and mailings, calculating Defendant’s share of taxes payable on the wages, which shall be paid by Defendant separate and apart from the Gross Settlement Amount, and other duties as described in this Settlement Agreement. The Settlement Administrator shall be authorized to pay itself from the Gross Settlement Amount by Class Counsel only after Settlement Awards have been mailed to all participating Settlement Class members.

Defendant will not object to Plaintiff’s seeking permission to pay up to Ten Eight Thousand Two Hundred Fifty Dollars and Zero Cents ($10,000.008,250.00) for its services from the Gross Settlement Amount. The Settlement Administrator shall be responsible for sending notices and for calculating Settlement Awards and preparing all checks and mailings, calculating Defendant’s share of taxes payable on the wages, which shall be paid by Defendant separate and apart from the Gross Settlement Amount, and other duties as described in this Settlement Agreement. The Settlement Administrator shall be authorized to pay itself from the Gross Settlement Amount by Class Counsel only after Settlement Awards have been mailed to all participating Settlement Class members.

Defendant will not object to Plaintiff’s Plaintiff seeking permission approval to pay up to Ten Thousand Dollars and Zero Cents ($10,000.00) 10,000.00 for its the administration services from the Gross Maximum Settlement Amount. The Settlement Administrator shall be responsible for depositing into an account and holding the various payments from Defendant comprising the Maximum Settlement Amount, sending notices Notice Packets in English and for Spanish to the Settlement Class members, calculating Individual Settlement Awards Payments and preparing all checks and mailings, calculating Defendant’s share of taxes payable on the wages, which shall be paid by Defendant separate and apart from the Gross Settlement Amount, and other duties as described in this Settlement Agreement. The Settlement Administrator shall be authorized to pay itself from the Gross Maximum Settlement Amount by Class Counsel only after Individual Settlement Awards Payments have been mailed to all participating Settlement Class members.

The Settlement Administrator shall be responsible for sending notices and for calculating Settlement Awards and preparing all checks and mailings, calculating Defendant’s share of taxes payable on the wages, which shall be paid by Defendant separate and apart from the Gross Settlement Amount, and other duties as described in this Settlement Agreement. The Settlement Administrator shall be authorized to pay itself from the Gross Settlement Amount by Class Counsel only after Settlement Awards have been mailed to all participating Settlement Class members. The Settlement Administrator shall also give notice of final judgment by posting the final judgment to its website.

The Settlement Administrator shall be responsible for depositing into an account and holding the various payments from Defendant comprising the Gross Settlement Amount, sending notices Notice Packets in English and for Spanish to the Settlement Class members, calculating individual Settlement Awards and preparing all checks and mailings, calculating Defendant’s share of taxes payable on the wages, which shall be paid by Defendant separate and apart from the Gross Settlement Amount, and other duties as described in this Settlement Agreement. The Settlement Administrator shall be authorized to pay itself from the Gross Settlement Amount by Class Counsel only after Settlement Awards have been mailed to all participating Settlement Class members.

Defendant will not object to Plaintiff’s Plaintiff seeking permission to pay up to Ten Thousand Dollars and Zero Cents ($10,000.00) to the Settlement Administrator for its services from the Gross Settlement Amount. The Settlement Administrator shall be responsible for sending notices and for notices, calculating Settlement Awards and Awards, preparing all checks and mailings, calculating Defendant’s share of taxes payable on the wages, which shall be paid by Defendant separate and apart from the Gross Settlement Amount, and other duties as described in this Settlement AgreementAgreement and/or otherwise required by the Court. The Settlement Administrator shall be authorized to pay itself from the Gross Settlement Amount by Class Counsel only after Settlement Awards have been mailed to all participating Settlement Class members.

Defendant will not object to Plaintiff’s seeking permission to pay up to Ten Six Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty Dollars and Zero Cents ($10,000.006,950.00) for its services from the Gross Settlement Amount. The Settlement Administrator shall be responsible for sending notices and for calculating Settlement Awards and preparing all checks and mailings, calculating Defendant’s share of taxes payable on the wages, which shall be paid by Defendant separate and apart from the Gross Settlement Amount, and other duties as described in this Settlement Agreement. The Settlement Administrator shall be authorized to pay itself from the Gross Settlement Amount by Class Counsel only after Settlement Awards have been mailed to all participating Settlement Class members.

Settlement Administrator. Defendant Dynaflex will not object the appointment of Phoenix Settlement Administrators as Settlement Administrator. Defendant will not object to Plaintiff’s seeking permission to pay up to Ten Seven Thousand Dollars and Zero Cents ($10,000.007,000.00) for its services from the Gross Settlement Amount. The Settlement Administrator shall be responsible for sending notices and for calculating Settlement Awards and preparing all checks and mailings, calculating DefendantDynaflex’s share of taxes payable on the wages, which shall be paid by Defendant Dynaflex separate and apart from the Gross Settlement Amount, and other duties as described in this Settlement Agreement. The Settlement Administrator shall be authorized to pay itself from the Gross Settlement Amount by Class Counsel only after Settlement Awards have been mailed to all participating Settlement Class members.

Settlement Administrator. Defendant will not object to the appointment of Phoenix Settlement Administrators as Settlement Administrator. Defendant will not object Administrator nor to Plaintiff’s Class Counsel seeking permission to pay up to Ten Forty Thousand Dollars and Zero Cents ($10,000.0040,000.00) for its services from the Gross Maximum Settlement Amount. The Settlement Administrator shall be responsible for sending notices and for calculating Individual Settlement Awards Payments and preparing all checks and mailings, calculating Defendant’s share of taxes payable on the wages, which shall be paid by Defendant separate and apart from the Gross Settlement Amount, and other duties as described in this Settlement Agreement. The Settlement Administrator shall be authorized to pay itself from the Gross Maximum Settlement Amount by Class Counsel only after Settlement Awards checks have been mailed to all participating Settlement Class members.

The Settlement Administrator shall be responsible for sending notices and for calculating Settlement Awards and preparing all checks and mailings, calculating Defendant’s share of taxes payable on the wages, which shall be paid by Defendant separate and apart from the Gross Settlement Amount, and other duties as described in this Settlement Agreement. The Settlement Administrator shall be authorized to pay itself from the Gross Settlement Amount by Class Counsel only after Settlement Awards have been mailed to all participating Settlement Class members.

Settlement Administrator. Defendant Defendants will not object to the appointment of Phoenix Settlement Administrators as Settlement Administrator. Defendant Defendants will not object to Plaintiff’s Class Counsel seeking permission approval to pay up to Ten Thousand Dollars and Zero Cents ($10,000.00) 12,000.00 for its the administration services from the Gross Maximum Settlement Amount. The Settlement Administrator shall be responsible for depositing into an account and holding the payment from Defendants comprising the Maximum Settlement Amount, sending notices Notice Packets in English and for Spanish to the Settlement Class members, calculating Individual Settlement Awards Payments and preparing all checks and mailings, calculating Defendant’s share of taxes payable on the wages, which shall be paid by Defendant separate and apart from the Gross Settlement Amount, and other duties as described in this Settlement Agreement. The Settlement Administrator shall be authorized to pay itself from the Gross Maximum Settlement Amount by Class Counsel only after Individual Settlement Awards Payments have been mailed to all participating Settlement Class members.

The Settlement Administrator shall be responsible for depositing into an account and holding the various payments from Defendant comprising the Gross Settlement Amount, sending notices Notice Packets in English and for Spanish to the Settlement Class members, calculating Settlement Awards and preparing all checks and mailings, calculating Defendant’s share of taxes payable on the wages, which shall be paid by Defendant separate and apart from the Gross Settlement Amount, and other duties as described in this Settlement Agreement. The Settlement Administrator shall be authorized to pay itself from the Gross Settlement Amount by Class Counsel only after Settlement Awards have been mailed to all participating Settlement Class members.

Settlement Administrator. Plaintiff and Defendant will not object to the appointment of Phoenix Settlement Administrators as Settlement Administrator. Defendant will not object , nor to Plaintiff’s seeking permission to pay the request for approval of Settlement Administration Costs of up to Ten Thousand Dollars and Zero Cents ($10,000.00) for its services 9,000.00 from the Gross Settlement AmountAmount for the Settlement Administrator's services. The Settlement Administrator shall be responsible for sending notices and notices, for calculating Individual Settlement Awards Payments, and preparing all checks and mailings, calculating Defendant’s share of taxes payable on the wages, which shall be paid by Defendant separate and apart from the Gross Settlement Amount, and other duties as described in this Settlement Agreement. The Settlement Administrator shall be authorized have no claim for payment from Defendant with respect to pay itself from any services provided by the Gross Settlement Amount by Class Counsel only after Administrator except as otherwise expressly set forth in this Settlement Awards have been mailed to all participating Settlement Class membersAgreement.
