Common use of Settlement Administrator Clause in Contracts

Settlement Administrator. “Settlement Administrator” shall mean the qualified party selected by the Plaintiff and Defendant and designated in the Preliminary Approval Order to administer the Settlement, including implementing the Notice Program and administering the Settlement Website. Neither Plaintiff nor Defendant shall have any responsibility for any acts or omissions of the Settlement Administrator. The parties have agreed to select Rust Consulting as the Settlement Administrator.

Settlement Administrator. “Settlement Administrator” shall mean the qualified party selected by the Plaintiff and Defendant Parties and designated in the Preliminary Approval Order to administer the Settlement, including implementing the Notice Program and administering the Settlement WebsiteProgram. Neither Plaintiff Plaintiffs nor Defendant Defendants shall have any responsibility for any acts or omissions of the Settlement Administrator. The parties Parties have agreed to select Rust Consulting RG/2 Claims Administration LLC as the Settlement Administrator.

Neither Plaintiff Plaintiffs nor Defendant Defendants shall have any responsibility for any acts or of omissions of the Settlement Administrator. The parties Parties have agreed to select Rust Consulting ▇▇▇▇ Administration as the Settlement Administrator.

Settlement Administrator. “To the extent that one of the Parties request appointment of and propose a qualified person to act as Settlement Administrator” , a Settlement Administrator shall mean the qualified party selected be appointed by the Plaintiff Court pursuant to Section VII.1 of this Agreement. The Parties and Defendant and designated in the Preliminary Approval Order to administer the Settlement, including implementing the Notice Program and administering their counsel will reasonably cooperate with the Settlement Website. Neither Plaintiff nor Defendant shall have any responsibility for any acts or omissions of the Settlement Administrator. The parties have agreed Administrator to select Rust Consulting as the Settlement Administratorfacilitate providing Notice and other settlement-related communications and administration.

Neither Plaintiff Plaintiffs nor the Defendant shall have any responsibility for any acts or omissions of the Settlement Administrator. The parties have agreed to select Rust Consulting as the Settlement Administrator.

Settlement Administrator. “Settlement Administrator” shall mean means the qualified party selected entity chosen by the Plaintiff and Defendant and designated in the Preliminary Approval Order Parties to administer the Settlement, including implementing class action settlement subject to any and all limitations placed on them by the Notice Program and administering the Settlement Website. Neither Plaintiff nor Defendant shall have any responsibility for any acts or omissions of the Settlement Administrator. The parties have agreed to select Rust Consulting as the Settlement AdministratorParties.

Settlement Administrator. “Settlement Administrator” shall mean the qualified party selected by the Plaintiff and Defendant Defendants and designated in the Preliminary Approval Order to administer the Settlement, including implementing the Notice Program and administering the Settlement WebsiteProgram. Neither Plaintiff nor Defendant any other of the Defendants shall have any responsibility for any acts or omissions of the Settlement Administrator. The parties have agreed to select Rust Consulting the Garden City Group as the Settlement Administrator.

Settlement Administrator. “Settlement Administrator” shall mean the qualified party selected by the Plaintiff and Defendant Parties and designated in the Preliminary Approval Order to administer the Settlement, including implementing the Notice Program and administering the Settlement WebsiteProgram. Neither Plaintiff Plaintiffs nor Defendant shall have any responsibility or liability for any acts or omissions of the Settlement Administrator. The parties Parties have agreed to select Rust Consulting RG/2 Claims Administration, LLC as the Settlement Administrator.
